After collaborating on a successful Women in Technology Event in Dublin in 2024, we have deepened our relationship and are honoured to partner with WITS Ireland during their milestone 35th anniversary.
WITS Ireland is a non-profit organisation that welcomes corporate and individual members across a variety of sectors, as well as academia. Their mission is to advocate for and support the advancement and visibility of women in STEM. Their initiatives range from mentorship programmes and networking opportunities to advocacy efforts that promote gender diversity in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. By connecting women at all stages of their STEM careers, WITS Ireland fosters a vibrant and supportive community.
At Nicoll Curtin, we are proud of our 26 years of experience connecting outstanding talent with sector leading companies. Throughout our history, we have championed DEI efforts in our sector, supporting our clients in achieving their goals while delivering value to the wider technology and science community. Our partnership with WITS Ireland presents another opportunity to make a meaningful impact on building a more diverse technology workforce, while benefiting from their guidance and expertise.
In the coming months, we’ll be hosting webinars and podcasts, collaborating on events, and creating other content to share knowledge and launch initiatives designed to support and empower women in STEM and technology careers.
Our goal is to promote equal opportunities, drive change, and open new doors for female talent while celebrating the valuable contributions women are making in these fields.
