Driving diversity

We were tasked by a global Tier One Bank to enhance diversity within their teams. Achieving gender diversity, particularly women representation for the technical roles presented a challenge, as their team comprised only 20% women.

To address this, we implemented strategies such as ensuring at least one diverse candidate in every three submissions, utilising a range of tools, crafting inclusive job adverts, and leveraging referrals. These efforts yielded significant results, enabling us to source a higher number of diverse candidates compared to other agencies. Ultimately, we achieved a milestone where exactly 50% of our placements were diverse hires, surpassing the performance of our competitors. In total, we successfully placed 26 candidates, with 13 of them being from diverse backgrounds.
